About The Peace Club of Mumbai

The Peace Club of Mumbai was founded April 23rd, 2008 in Mumbai, India. Akshay Balwani was inspired to begin the Peace Club of Mumbai by a visit to India from Dayton International Peace Museum director Steve Fryburg. The group works for international peace by holding exhibitions, campaigns, socials and workshops that impart on others the importance of peace in the world. According to Balwani: "We at the Peace Club also believe that peace starts with our minds and heart and for that we need to give love to our community."
